Orville Carr Associates, Inc. was established in 1957 by Charles Forster’s former business partner Orville Van Dorn Carr. Orville took in Mr. Forster, who has a bachelor’s in Interior Design from University of the Incarnate Word, located in San Antonio, Tx,  as an apprentice when he graduated in 1993. Not only is Charles Forster now the president of OCA, but an industry leader, civic supporter, and mentor. He loves to see others succeed in their life goals and is always willing to assist in any way possible. Helping clients get what they want and need is his first priority. Knowledgeable and skilled, he teaches his clients about traditional design and how quality is more important than quantity.
